As we sat looking over the horizon, the air had grown calm and our adventures for the day left us with nothing to do but enjoy the tranquil silence of the desert at sunset. It took us a while to find the perfect spot but after a few trips we had finally found the place in the desert that we could call our own. We were normally confined to the camping grounds and the busy roadside spots that always keep you from being able to do what we were doing at that moment... Completely relax. Our spot was not someplace that you could get to with a normal motorhome or a trailer, our spot was even difficult for normal trucks to find. We wound ourselves back into the mountains, after crossing through three rivers and over some very steep terrain we planted our flag in a spot that was uniquely ours. Our Dunkel Industries Luxury 4x4 gave us something that we have never been able to have on vacation; a luxury home away from home, a spot that no one could reach, and ultimately, unbothered piece.
Dunkel industries was built on the childhood dream of never having to stop because the trail was "more than the RV could handle". We have created a vehicle that has unlimited versatility. A military grade 4x4 system ,made by Fabco, makes our truck claw at the ground when normal rv's would be spinning their wheels. A custom wood, leather and Fiberglass interior makes rest and nourishment comfortable and easy. We designed the RV as a Luxury escape with no limits on how far you could travel. Its beauty and the beast under one roof.
We built the RV from a ford chassis so we could utilize the world tested and proven drivetrain and wiring. The trucks are far from being Fords however, With a bed that is big enough to house a full size car, and room on the top for dirtbikes you will not have to tow a trailer. Limiting your travel to 55MPH on some highways.
Creating a tool that brings family and friends together is what makes the employees at Dunkel Industries take pride in their work. There are a lot of undiscovered trails and spots to claim.
